This division consists of 2 lines of business wherein we make specific products that are sold directly to either individuals or businesses.

Quality Control Inspector

We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our team! You will conduct tests to determine the quality of materials and finished products as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.


  • Read and interpret materials, such as shop orders, inspection manuals, and blueprints, to determine inspection and test procedures
  • Monitor or observe operations to ensure that they meet production standards
  • Perform AS9102 First Article Inspections and complete all associated documentation
  • Determine quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods
  • Establish statistical confidence by identifying sample size and acceptable error; determining levels of confidence​​
  • Develop sampling plans by applying attribute, variable, and sequential sampling methods
  • Participate in Relentless Root Cause Analysis
  • Approve in-process production by confirming specifications; conduct visual and measurement tests; communicate required adjustments to production supervisor.
  • Document inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarize re-work and waste; input data into quality databases
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
  • Fulfill quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Maintain the ability to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Contribute to team effort by supporting other members with their work load


  • Previous work experience in quality control or other related fields
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to make independent decisions regarding product acceptability
  • Able to work independently
  • Must be able to read and interpret Blue Prints, and understand, interpret, and apply GD&T Methodology
  • Must have familiarity utilizing tooling such as, Micrometers, Calipers, Indicators, Optical Comparators, specifically Keyence
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Geometry, General Math and problem solving skills a must
  • Experience performing AS9102 First Article, In-Process, and Final Inspection of Aerospace products, as well as ability to interpret Military/Industrial/Federal Specifications a huge plus!

Compensation: $16 to $22 Hourly
