UID Label Specs

Photosensitive Anodized Aluminum	Thickness: .003 to .125. Used for Metalphoto production process. Ideal for long term durability under virtually any conditions.
Aluminum	Thickness: From .003 to .125 thickness. White coated available in .020 and .032 thicknesses. 1100 series standard, other alloys available by special order. Finishes: Mill finish or anodized.
Stainless Steel	Thickness: From .012 to .062 stainless steel. 304 standard, other alloys available by special order. Finishes: Satin finish standard.
Foils	Including aluminum sheets and in rolls capable of digital printing.
Vinyl/Plastic	Flexible and solid varieties available - contact us for more info.
Pressure Sensitive Label Stock	Too many to list. Vinyls, Polyesters, papers and reflective. Call for details.

Metalphoto® (photo-sensitive anodized aluminum)	We are the largest Certified Converter of Metalphoto® in the northeast. Anodized aluminum from .003 to .125 thickness. The ultimate material and process for long term durability under virtually any conditions.
Chemical Etching	Fine detail, front to back registration. Aluminum and Steel. Single color fill. The ultimate in permanence.

What type of material do you stock for your UID labels?

The most popular material choice is photosensitive anodized aluminum (Metalphoto®), but we also carry natural and anodized aluminum, stainless steel, brass, vinyls/plastics, foils, and a variety of pressure sensitive label stock, including vinyl, polyesters, papers and reflective. Contact us to find out the best material for your application.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

That depends on the production process that you need. Some options allow for 10 or less, while others might require a minimum of 50 pcs. The best thing if to do if you are curious is to contact us and let us know what you need and we can let you know what we can do for you.

What if I need more than 1 color printed?

No problem! We have a variety of printing options that will be able to accomplish that for you. From our many 4CP digital printing options, to screen print, we’ve got you covered.

How long does it take to get an order?

Most orders can be produced in 10-14 working days. If you need your order sooner, let us know your deadline and we will let you know if it’s something we can meet for you.
